Valarie DAUNT | Associate Consultant
Valarie is a gifted HR professional with 10 years experience in a leading financial institution in various senior HR roles including the position of HR & Leadership Development Director.
She holds Bachelor of Commerce in HR and Marketing and an MBS from UCD.
Her experience includes designing and implementing HR strategy, designing performance management solutions, succession planning, learning and development strategy and more recently coaching.
Valarie has particular expertise in the SME sector in Ireland and she is passionate about providing HR solutions that ensure that people and business strategy are aligned and supported.
