Shane DONOHUE – Associate Consultant
Shane Donohue is a distinguished business professional with over 12 years of management and learning & development experience in multinational IT organisations. He has a wealth of experience in leading and managing teams.
Shane is passionate about professional development. Prior to joining To Be’s team of associate consultants, he held a number of key positions with Dell Inc, most recently as Learning & Development Programme Manager EMEA. Prior to this, he also worked at Dell as Learning & Development Senior Manager, where he managed the L&D function for the Dell Limerick site comprising of in excess of 3,500 personnel.
Shane held a number of key management positions including Software Engineering Manager at Dell; Technical Support Operations Manager with Software Spectrum, where he was responsible for the management and business development of an Out-Sourcing Multi Lingual Technical Call Centre and prior to that as Call Centre Manager, Gateway Computers where he managed a team of 250 people.
Shane has a BA (Hon) in Economics & Sociology from UCD, and is accredited to administer a number of internationally renowned profiling tools including Myers-Briggs MBTi, OPQ32, 16PF, FIRO-B and is certified by the Forté Institute.
