Paula WEIR MBA MBS | Associate Consultant
Paula Weir is a distinguished business professional with over 12 years senior management experience in multinational organisations.
Her previous roles include Director of Customer Services, Vice President of Operations and Consumer Operations Director where she has had extensive experience in managing change programmes and achieving results in target orientated environments.
Among her academic achievements she holds an MBA from DCU and MBS from UCD. Paula applies a pragmatic approach to developing solutions for the many blue chip and multinational clients she has worked with and she is inspired by the results that clients gain from implementing those solutions.
Her expertise lies in the area of human interaction and she is passionate about enabling the transfer of learning from a training situation to everyday working environment.
