Caroline HUGHES – Head of HR Consulting
Caroline is a dedicated Human Resource professional with over 10 years experience in Learning & Development and Talent Management. She began her career in Human Resources with one of Ireland’s largest banks where she was responsible for Learning & Development before moving into the area of Talent & Leadership Development.
Caroline has a wealth of experience in implementing performance management and succession planning systems. She has worked with other organisations within the financial services sector to implement management programmes encompassing feedback and coaching skills for newly appointed managers and team leaders. Caroline has also developed company specific competency frameworks and 360° tools.
Caroline graduated from NUI Galway with a BA (Hon) in French and English and Higher Diploma. in Education. She also holds a graduate Diploma in HRM and is a qualified to administer Level A psychometric testing. Caroline is also accredited to use the renowned BarOn EQ-i (Emotional Intelligence) assessment tool.
