Alison HAND | Lead Consultant
Alison is a committed learning & development professional with 14 years experience in Sales and Training Consultancy Roles in Multinational IT organisations.
She holds an Honours degree in Social Science from University College Dublin and has extensive experience in achieving business results in competitive and target driven environments.
She is passionate about working with organisations and individuals to understand their challenges & provide learning solutions that deliver maximum results.
Alison's areas of learning expertise are in sales effectiveness, coaching, leadership development, team and personal effectiveness. Her professional experience includes Account Manager and then Sales Trainer, IONA Technologies; and Education Specialist and Training Consultant, IBM, where she was responsible for the provision of education programmes to drive business results across Europe.
Alison has had much experience in the design and delivery of training and includes the development and deployment of Manager Coaching Workshops to drive a "High Performance Sales Culture" and the delivery of the personal development programme specifically for the ibm.com business unit as key accomplishments.
Alison has had significant professional training including IMI Master Trainer Certification; IPD Certificate in Training Practice, and is qualified in Myers Briggs.
